Our Tiger den needed to get outdoors and burn some energy! Local South Hills park is full of trails and it is right in our backyard! Our Tigers had a blast bonding together in nature.
One of the wolf adventures is all about dinosaurs and digging up the past. To get more of a hands on learning experience, the wolf den took a trip to the Webb Schools Museum of Paleantology. What 2nd grader doesn’t love checking out fossils and dinosaurs??
What better way to learn what goes on in the world of a first responder than to take a tour of the station? Our Den 5& 7 got to check out what happens daily inside a sherriff’s department and enjoyed every minute of it!
Our Bear den ventured out to the San Dimas Nature center where they saw several animals and learned about the habitats around us. The nature center was followed by a quick hike in the nearby hills and made for an excellent morning in the outdoors!
The wolf den made a trip out to Eaton Canyon, Alta Dena. With tons of water crossings and animals, the den had a blast! This was the best way for our scouts to spend a weekend afternoon!

This day camp is held at our local council camp, Camp Trask. Scouts do fun activities and work toward new belt […]
In scouting, we like to get the children out to enjoy some much needed fresh air and outdoor fun. Our wolf den did just that when they embarked on a beautiful hike through a redwood grove in Carbon Canyon. This was yet another successful hike for our scouts!
It is the end of the school year, so what better way to celebrate than to have a pool party with friends? The boys had the opportunity to learn safe water practices like what to do if a friend ever needs help while swimming. This made for an educational (but mostly fun!) outing for the […]
