One of the wolf adventures is all about dinosaurs and digging up the past. To get more of a hands on learning experience, the wolf den took a trip to the Webb Schools Museum of Paleantology. What 2nd grader doesn’t love checking out fossils and dinosaurs??
In scouting, we like to get the children out to enjoy some much needed fresh air and outdoor fun. Our wolf den did just that when they embarked on a beautiful hike through a redwood grove in Carbon Canyon. This was yet another successful hike for our scouts!

The Wolf Den had the opportunity to tour the Sheriff Station in Walnut this past weekend. They got to see what it could be like working as a Sheriff’s Deputy and even got to sample out some of the gear. This kind of hands on learning is what makes being a scout so exciting.
As part of their requirements and rank advancements, the Wolf Den had to come up with a service project to help their community.
